Emergency humanitarian response providing food, sleeping materials, and essential supplies to flood victims across Bayelsa and Rivers States.
When devastating floods struck communities across Bayelsa and Rivers States, the Her Majesty Foundation mobilized an immediate humanitarian response.
Our disaster relief efforts included:
• Distribution of hundreds of bags of rice and other food staples to affected families
• Provision of sleeping materials, mattresses, and bedding for displaced persons
• Emergency medical supplies and hygiene kits
• Emotional support and counseling for traumatized victims
The foundation provided relief to flood victims in multiple locations including Yenagoa (Bayelsa State) and Port Harcourt (Rivers State). Teams were deployed to ensure supplies reached the most vulnerable — elderly persons, women with children, and those with disabilities.
This initiative reinforced our commitment to standing with communities during their most challenging moments, offering not just material support but the assurance that they are not alone.
